Eligibility
Within 7 days of purchase
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests after this window cannot be processed.
All courses on aerofluid.in
The policy applies to all individual courses and 1-on-1 mentoring sessions purchased directly on this platform.
No reason required
You don't need to explain why. Simply reach out within the 7-day window and we'll process your refund without any questions.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@aerofluid.in
Send an email with subject line "Refund Request" along with your name and the course you purchased.
Provide your order details
Include your registered email address and the order ID from your purchase confirmation to help us locate your transaction quickly.
Receive your refund
Once verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).
Exceptions
After 7 days
Refunds cannot be issued for requests submitted after the 7-day window from the purchase date, regardless of course progress.
